This article gives information about creating the magic folder.Discussion
Setting up a User Magic Folder is relatively straitforward. All you need to do is add a Pre-Install Set InstallAnywhere Variable action to set $USER_MAGIC_FOLDER_1$ to your desired installation location or to an InstallAnywhere variable holding your required path. For each file you add to the Files task you have a Source and a Destination in the Properties section. The Destination is a drop-down menu that, by default, is set to User Installation Directory. Change this to $USER_MAGIC_FOLDER_1$. As soon as you have done this for a single file, a new folder appears, and you can move the rest of your files to that Magic Folder.
