If you are not able to find an application, SKU or Cloud application within in Snow License Manager (SLM) you can send a request to request that one is added.
Application Request
To request an application to be added to the global database Snow needs to know this information:
- Official Product Name
- Official Manufacturer
- Official Version
- Full Installations Path, Main Executable or Registry Values

SKU Request
To request SKU (Stock Keeping Units) to be added to the global database Snow needs to know:
- Official SKU
- Official Manufacturer
- Official Manufacturer Product Description
- or
- Manufacturer Product Family
- Manufacturer Version
- Manufacturer Product Type
- License Type
- Operating System
- Language
- Users
You can then submit the details via the Snow Support portal. For more details see: https://community.flexera.com/s/article/Create-recognition-request-DIS-form-on-the-Snow-Support-Portal
Snow do not add SKU’s from re-seller’s to the global database.

Cloud Request
To request a Cloud application to be added to the global database Snow needs to know:
- Official SaaS Product Name
- Official Manufacturer
- Full SaaS UR (if HAR-file cannot be provided. How to provide a HAR-file)
- or
- Scheme
- Host
- Path
Submit the Recognition Request
You can then submit the details via the Snow Support portal: More details.
