Problem
Attempting to configure retrieval of Azure Enterprise Agreement billing data, you receive the error message "Unable to access the Billing API service. The enrollment number might be incorrect, or the API access key is invalid or has expired."
Solution
This error message is often an indication that the Enrollment Access Key was copied into Commander incorrectly. To avoid this happening, make sure that you have clicked expand key on the screen shown below, and copy all lines for the key. Snow recommends that you also copy the key into a text file before adding it in Commander, to make sure that you have no leading or trailing spaces, and that no characters are being altered on your clipboard. The key used must also be associated with the subscription being used for the cloud account. Once you have confirmed the key is correct and associated with the subscription being used, enter the Enrollment Number and the Billing API Access Key and click the Test button. If you have selected the appropriate values, you will receive the response "Billing API accessible" as shown below.
