Is there a limit to how many entitlements/features can local license server handle? 

This is why I'm asking. We maintain a set of entitlements on FNO. Each of them has 24 or more features. Some counted, some fixed. We assign this entitlement to customer. When we need to increase the count for some feature for the customer, we add another instance of same entitlement to the customer. As a result of this, we end up with license server devices on FNO that have 100 or more entitlements and it becomes impossible to update local license server from FNO with capability request and loading response from file takes an hour.
