We have identified and addressed a minor security issue in the User Console installer bits with version 5.5.66 build 4008. The installer includes end-of-life log4j components which were remediated in a previous release of Flexera User Console. While the risk is low, we highly recommend updating to the latest version.

Action Required:
If you have any local copies of build 4008, we ask that you do not use them. Build 4009 is already available under Product Downloads.

If you have installed version 5.5.66 build 4008 and have not yet applied the hotfix, please follow the instructions below:
1. Download the attached zip file License-installer.zip
2. Delete the existing license-installer folder located at @User Console\Tools\Others\license-installer and replace it with the folder included in the zip archive.
