The existing timer in the App Portal user interface can be set to a maximum of five seconds. To increase the web extension timeout beyond five seconds, use the code in the attached file.
The file is called Loader.aspx and it usually resides at C:\Program Files (x86)\Flexera Software\App Portal\Web
There is a property called WebExtensionTimeoutInMilliSecs in the file. By default, the timeout is set at 300 milliseconds or .3 of a second. You can change this to any value you need to increase the static use interface timer beyond the normal maximum of five seconds.
