Tried using the latest lmadmin-x64_n6-11_19_10 as well. The problem seems to be InstallAnywhere, it's trying to search for the iawin32.dll during the installtion and fails as the windows server 2025 is pure 64 bit.

Error message verified in Forum and updated the timeout value in registry to 57600 but still i am getting the timeout error message.
Please help me:
Error message:
Failed to import inventory devices with error message 'Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.'

sam_king asked a question.
we have applications with Access mode set to 'Citrix Virtual App' but the application is linked back 10 months ago since the user last used. there are no installer to remove locally, how can we dissociate the evidence for from citrix?

@sam_king
I may be misunderstanding your use case and symptoms seen, but have you removed the user's access to this application on the Citrix side and still see the user consuming a license for the application?
Thanks,
John Sorensen

sweta_patnaik asked a question.
Please suggest.

If I understand your use case correctly, I would say that it's a symptom that you will have to change on either of the VMs, i.e. change its hostname to avoid the two devices overwriting each other in Flexera One.
Thanks,
John Sorensen

cnwosisi asked a question.
I am in the process of license reconciliation and reclamation, but Flexnet is giving me inaccurate 'Last used date' data, different from workspace one data. What can I do?

@cnwosisi
'Last used date' as reported through FlexNet Manager Suite (FNMS) per application is influenced by these settings:
It's obviously also important to investigate the data source(s) that FNMS imports the raw software usage monitoring data from, and compare these details with Workspace ONE's view as any differences found there will also influence matters.

John Sorensen
