On the Server

• Check Microsoft Online Services Sign-In Assistant is installed
• Check Windows Azure Active Directory Module for Windows PowerShell is installed

On the Snow License Manager Side

• Check Snow License Manager API is accessible - http://SLMPortal:PORT/API (http://testslm:80/api)
• Ensure the Snow License Manager API user is able to log in.

On the Microsoft Azure Side

• Ensure Multi-factor Authentication is not being used on the Office 365 Account used
• Ensure the specific permissions required in Microsoft Azure for the Graph API has been followed.
  • Directory > Directory.Read.All
  • Organization > Organization.Read.All
  • User > User.Read.All
  • Report.Read.All > Reports in the list of permissions. This step is only required if Include last activity check box is selected in Snow Integration Manager

Ensure the specific permissions required in Microsoft Azure for the Graph API has been followed.
