This article describes the steps which need to be taken for an existing customer to get a Snow Atlas tenant.
The Snow Atlas Customer Portal (SACP-H) product has a feature set specifically designed to meet the needs of our on-premises customers.
Currently the Snow Atlas Customer Portal (SACP-H) contains access to:

Package Builder on Snow Atlas

Access to latest Agents, Scanners and Scripts as soon they are available.

Direct downloads, instead of shared download links or packages via email.

Total control of the configuration, and package contents, no need to review that the package you received is the package that you requested.

Build as many packages as you like / need.

No ticket handling with support.

The SACP-H SKU is free of charge and part of the services you receive with your existing contract.
How to get access
IMPORTANT: Your company will need to agree to Customer Agreements for Snow Products in order to access a Snow Atlas tenant.

Fill all fields in the attached document Snow Software - Snow Atlas Customer Portal Access.dotx .

Make sure you enter the main contract period for your existing agreements.

The Atlas domain name should help you and us to know who we are dealing with. The Atlas domain name will not lead to any changes to DNS, CNAME or anything you use in the internet or network.
An example would be westeurope.snowsoftware.com.
The domain name must be

Dot-separated.
-
Lower case.
-
Without any spaces between characters.

Furthermore, only alphabetical characters should be used.

It is not allowed to use numbers or special characters.

Send the signed document to your Key Account Manager or Customer Success Manager.

Once the process is approved, you’ll receive a welcome email.
Alternatively you can discuss this during your renewal process.
