Invoice Submission Failing with "Application Does Not Exist in Applications Database" Validation Errors
We have ingested a licence invoice, and while the applications were found in the Applications Database, the submission fails with validation errors stating that the application names do not exist.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? The applications can be found when searched, but invoice submission returns the errors shown in the attached screenshot. Any advice would be appreciated.
I should note that I successfully ingested an invoice yesterday with no errors. Today however..

I can see that you're troubleshooting your specific issues with Flexera Support. Please share its resolution (when you get there) with the forum members if you think others will benefit from it.
