Hi Marcusruga,
As per my knowledge, there is no simple answer, I am afraid to guide you in this particular space.
Although the SLM 'Oracle Enterprise tab' is improving and becomes helpful, still you may need additional tools (e.g. Excel) to close gaps and determine an exact Oracle ELP for your own specific situation.
Also a variety of crosschecks (e.g. agents running constantly well and is the data to expect collected (Middleware/JAVA etc) correctly) are helpful to maintain correct data quality.
Hope this helps a bit...

Hi @Detlev Schigt and all.
Some aditional information that could matter.
In our organization we have Oracle ULA agrement. I Know that provides some benefits that simplify things.
Hey Marcus - as Detlev mentioned it really does depend on the quality of agent coverage you have & if they are configured to scan not only Oracle but Java. The benefits of the Oracle Enterprise tab is we highlight those as Oracle recently changed licensing that if one instance of Oracle is found in the business that you can be charged for all domain users; as you have a ULA agreement it mightn't be relevant; however - Snow provides a Java Assessment to help customers understand additional risks; for example - if there are particular versions that are EOL or apps using older JDK versions with vulnerabilities. We have an offering (I'm not a Sales person :)) but it might be valuable to engage with you Account Manager to see if it worthwhile going through with them to build an internal "best practice" when it comes to Oracle & Java.
