• Nearly 50% of teams now use unit economics to connect spend to services and outcomes 
• 64% measure value delivered to business units (up from 52% last year) 
• 29% of cloud spend is still wasted, reminding us that complexity is outpacing visibility for many teams

The takeaway? Leading teams are pulling ahead by proving ROI, aligning spend to outcomes, and making faster, clearer decisions.
