- The Application definitions view in Snow Management and Configuration Center shows all applications available in Snow License Manager, both global applications supplied by the Software Recognition Service (SRS) and locally created applications unique for the SLM platform.
- The Rules assigned to section in the Application definitions view shows:
- Any rules assigned to the selected application in the Rules
- Any software rows assigned to the selected application in the Software
EXAMPLE
- The Rules assigned to section shows that the application Test (91) has three rules.
- The sum of the values in the column Rule Hit Rate is five, so the application has five rows of data.
- The check boxes in the column Registry are not selected, so none of the rules pick up any registry values.
- The Software tab shows what rows of data that is being picked up by each rule or by all the rules.
- The Rule Applied to column shows which software row is applied to which rule.
- The Executable Path column shows the specific executable path for each application.
